Gerry Straub’s Santa Chiara Children’s Center (SCCC) that we support at Christmas in Haiti is in dire need. The violence in Haiti is unchecked by the Haitian Government. Warfare between criminal gangs in the Port-au-Prince area where the SCCC operates is now rampant. Prayers are needed to stop this pure evil which is being done by youths now recruited into these gangs as new soldiers.

Shortages of basic supplies especially gasoline and diesel fuel are becoming extreme with prices skyrocketing for these scarce items. SCCC needs gasoline and diesel for food transportation and security purposes. Any donations turned in to our office will be forwarded. Please be sure to mark “Santa Chiara” somewhere on the donation envelope or check.
